A staple herb used in Indonesian and South East Asian cuisines. Sample of the usage of kaffir lime leaves in some foods, ie Indonesian Padang, Balinese and Javanese food, Singaporean Laksa, Thai Green Curry.

Please be noted in the event this South East Asian produce is not in season or scarce, we will freeze the fresh produce. Use the frozen produce directly, do not thaw. If the recipe required it to be sliced, cut them half frozen.
