This peanut sauce is so versatile, you can turn them into satay sauce, gado-gado dressing or as a delish dip for your platters.

Keep the peanut sauce in the freezer and thaw before use.


Place the peanut sauce in a bowl, add 1/4 cup to 1/2 cup of boiling water, depending on your preference. Add salt to taste. For Satay sauce, add extra sweet soy sauce (kecap manis) and dash of lime juice. For Gado-gado, add palm sugar or brown sugar and a dash of lime juice.

Please note all frozen goods are to be collected and delivered in Cape Town and surrounding. Should you wish it to be couriered nationwide, the risk is not ours. As we can’t keep them frozen for nationwide courier.
