Prawn Crackers / Krupuk / Kroepoek

Contents: 227gr

Coconut Cream is milky-white liquid extracted from the grated pulp of mature coconuts. It contains a higher amount of saturated fat than Coconut Milk, hence it’s much thicker. We prefer purchasing coconut cream as it’s more economical. When the recipe called for coconut milk, simply dilute the coconut cream with water. The remaining coconut cream can be stored for a week in the fridge or in the freezer.

Coconut milk is a traditional food ingredient hugely used in South East Asia, such as in the curries, Thai Green Curry, Singaporean Laksa, Indonesian Rendang and Opor are some samples of delicious South East Asian curries with coconut milk.
